Lash Enhancement Eyeliner where pigment is tattooed into the root of the lashes which gives the illusion of fuller lashes line meant to mimic eyeliner in the lash area. This can be done on upper & lower lash line or upper or lower alone. As the eye area has some of the thinnest skin on the body it is recommended to  be done in multi-sessions (2-3) to build up deposit of pigment and longevity. We us only black pigment as it gives the best saturation and heals with the best retention for longevity. All eyeliner procedures are not a "one and done". This is a multi session committment.
