Application time is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours for eye liners and brows, while lip color may take a little longer. * Reconstructive micro-pigmentation, i.e; breast areola and scar camouflage can take several sessions.

Absolutely. It is designed to enhance your own natural beauty and will blend with any make up or skin tone. Permanent is not intended to replace traditional cosmetics completely. The color is placed ‘in’ your skin and not ‘on’ your skin; a more natural, softer look is achieved. When you're ready for a special occasion you may apply additional makeup to perfect your desired look.  

The pigment can stay in the skin for a number of years, the color will breakdown and fade in time. Another factor is its longevity depends on how well you take of the procedural area while it is healing. Using a total sunblock after the procedure area has completely healed will increase the life of your tattoo. The darker the pigment color, such as black or darkest brown, the longer it will stay unchanged in your skin. More natural, delicate, colors are sometimes vulnerable to the effects of the sun swimming and break down by the body. As a general rule eyeliner and lip color have the longest longevity. We recommended yearly color refreshers.
Microblade 1-1.5 years. Combo, Nano Brows, Eyeliner, Lip Blush Tattoo, Scalp, Scar, Breast Tattoo typically 2-3 years before requiring maintance "touch-up". Cosmetic tattoo is typically a 3-step building process for most desired results to last...requiring "follow-up" sessions scheduled no less than 30 days between approximately 4-6 weeks apart depending on how sought after & consistently booked your Tattoo Artist is. Lynette has over 10+years and 12k procedures under her belt so expect at least 4-6 wait to book if your a new client. Newer Artist on staff will have more flexibility for earlier bookings.

Everyone is different. Permanent make up procedures are semi invasive and there maybe some discomfort. It really does vary on each individual’s threshold for pain, but the sensation has been compared to tweezing. Some clients describe a 'prickling' sensation and minor discomfort while others experience no discomfort at all. Most agree that the procedure is far more comfortable than they had anticipated. NO vender grade topicals. We use a 20% RX topical numbing  to alleviate discomfort during the procedure.

Your procedural area maybe slightly swollen and irritated. This is called a ‘wheal & flare’ reaction. The area may also be darker for a few days while it is healing because of the lymph and blood droplets that may have been brought to the service during your application.  While your procedure area is healing, it must go through three phases before you realize your final result. The procedure area must first heal, peel & fade. Final results may take 4-8 weeks to completely heal.  Your procedural area maybe slightly swollen and irritated. Permanent cosmetic procedures are completely safe, provided your practitioner has had the proper education and follows all of OSHA and CDC guidelines. Sterilization and hygiene is of the upmost importance before, during and after the treatment. Single use, sterile needles and machine parts are used for each client and then properly disposed of. The ingredients in all the pigments have all been approved by the FDA. Permanent make up is in fact, cosmetic tattooing.  In 2009 the state of Missouri regulated permanent cosmetics under Missouri Board of tattooing, branding and piercing requiring any person(s) performing the procedure to be licensed as a tattooist. If you have ever had a cold sore or blister, you must take an antiviral medication pre-procedure. As an Expert in the industry, FLAWLESS does not recommend over the counter antivirals ie. L-lysine. Your physician may prescribe Valtrex, Famvir or Zovirax. Herpetic outbreaks usually occur on the third day post procedure and taking antivirals will lessen your chance of an outbreak.  If you do experience a herpetic outbreak, you may lose the implant pigment color in the area of the outbreak, therefore, you may not be a candidate for lip color procedure.
